Refund Policy

At North Shore Fluff-a-Bulls, we take pride in our responsible breeding program and the care we put into raising our puppies. Because each puppy is unique and requires a significant commitment from us, we have a strict no-refund policy.
 

Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price and serve as a guarantee that the buyer is committed to the puppy they have chosen.
 

Payments

All payments made toward the purchase of a puppy are final and non-refundable. This includes situations where a buyer changes their mind, experiences financial hardship, or is otherwise unable to complete the purchase.
 

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered if North Shore Fluff-a-Bulls cannot provide the puppy as agreed (for example, in the rare event of illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances that make the puppy unavailable). In such cases, buyers may receive a full refund.

This policy protects the well-being of our puppies and ensures that they are placed only with families who are fully committed. We encourage all buyers to be certain of their decision before placing a deposit or making payment.
